The Sportplex is a sports complex in Châteauguay for residents of Châteauguay and Beauharnois. Lots of facilities are available: synthetic indoor soccer field, triple gymnasium, track, multipurpose rooms, and meeting rooms. The sports options include badminton, pickleball, soccer, football, baseball, ultimate frisbee, and ping-pong. There is also a track, as well as a toddler zone.
Industrial Granby

The facility hosts Amcor, a tenant utilizing 100,000 sqft for aluminum bottle cap manufacturing. Project Locations
A 100,000-square foot facility includes a shipping and receiving area, a weaving area, and a handling section where the finishing touch is given to the products. Varennes Multisports Center

The Intermunicipal Board of the Regional Multisport Center is the result of a partnership between the cities of Saint-Amable, Sainte-Julie, and Varennes. Built-in 2015, the building has an area of ​​107,000 square feet to house four (4) 7-on-7 synthetic pitches, two (2) batting cages, one (1) multipurpose room of 1,200 square feet, one (1) conference room, 18 locker rooms and numerous premises for organizations.
Multisports Complex in Saint-Eustache

The Multisports complex includes an indoor soccer field with an area of ​​75,000 sq. ft. which offers a playing surface according to FIFA standards. The sports center also includes a gymnasium and a palestra, changing rooms with showers, offices, a store, a cafeteria, and a community hall. The project includes a solar wall, a geothermal heating, and air conditioning system, a heat recovery unit, and radiant heating to optimize the building's energy consumption. The project was completed within a year, including design and construction with no budget overruns.
